Inspection
When we come to pick up your rug, our team gives it a full inspection and points out any potential problems or challenges with cleaning your rug.
We then take the rug to our facility where a second inspection is performed and we notify you if any repairs are required, or if we notice something that wasn’t picked up during the in-home inspection.

In order to protect your rug, we analyze them and determine whether or not they are stable enough to withstand the washing process.
If the dyes are unstable, we offer alternative washing and cleaning solutions to ensure excellent results without damaging the look of your rug.
Washing & drying
Your carpets are washed, rinsed, dried and groomed with our state of the art equipment at our facility, and then given one more final check to ensure that the rug is looking and smelling its best.
