Inspection & pre-vacuum
We come by and thoroughly inspect your carpet, paying attention to any visible stains and damage to your carpets. We then will give you an idea of the types of results that we expect to achieve.
To maximize the carpet cleaning results, we perform a pre-vacuum in order to remove any surface dirt and dust, moving any furniture to ensure a total carpet cleaning.

Your carpets will be treated with a pre-spray treatment which serves to emulsify and break down any stubborn dirt that has accumulated as a result of regular foot traffic and use. This pre-spray treatment makes the cleaning process more effective, creating better results.
Visible stains are treated with a special solution to help loosen them and break them down. While we can’t always guarantee the complete removal of old, stubborn stains, this process goes a long way towards eliminating those stains. Non-visible dirt is also loosened, making it easier to attack and remove.

Mint Carpet Cleaners ensures that deep dirt, bacteria, allergens, and other microbes are removed from your carpet and your carpets are rinsed, with careful attention to not over-soaking them.
It typically takes anywhere from 6 to 10 hours for your carpet to fully dry, but we speed the process along with our drying equipment which helps circulate the air and promotes the drying process. This leaves your carpet fairly dry and only mildly damp to the touch.
